Players of Air Force Wargame Indo-Pacific will experience a wide array of educational outcomes while having fun. The wargame requires you to find, fix, and finish enemy targets while driving towards your overall campaign objectives. Players will explore real-world Air Force and competing military capabilities, discover keys to success in the air domain while leveraging Joint and Multi-Domain Operations, and develop their own ability to apply air power strategy to future combat operations.
Air Force Wargame Indo-Pacific was built by the Air Force Wargaming Institute at the United States Air Force’s LeMay Center for Strategy and Doctrine. The team designed a game that is quick to play but demonstrates the complexities of how modern air combat interacts with other warfighting domains. All players, from the youngest Airman to the seasoned combat veteran, are sure to learn something new. The wargame is designed to be played with 2 to 8 players and be completed in as little as 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. The game rules were kept simple to allow for quick play and to keep players engaged while learning.
