Valued Patients,

We greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation as we adjust our operations to protect you and our staff.

We have implemented a few temporary process changes in our pharmacy and as a result are now able to receive electronic network/off base civilian provider prescriptions.

To use this option please do the following:

1) Ask your off base provider send a new electronic prescription to the DoD Maxwell ePhcy.

2) Activate the prescription:  call (334) 953-6868 and leave a message.  Then allow 72-96 hours for processing.

Services that are still temporarily suspended due to COVID-19 modified operations:

-       New civilian paper prescription service

-       Special Purchase medications (non-formulary).  To see if your medication is on the TRICARE formulary, search it at https://www.express-scripts.com/static/formularySearch/2.9.5/#/formularySearch/drugSearch

-       Delivery to Gunter Annex

Refills:  Existing refills can be ordered by calling the automated system at (334) 953-7971 or (800) 732-6117; please allow 72 – 96 hours for processing.

Additional Options:

If you would like your prescription to be transferred to an off-base pharmacy, please have that pharmacy fax the requests to (334) 953-5272 and the base pharmacy will contact them with your prescription. (If you have any questions, please leave a message at (334) 953-6868.

We appreciate your patience and continued support!
