Initial Efforts

This phase focuses on determining who should be on the K-12 Team, what can be done in the near-term, and where to begin. Relationships are essential to strengthening public education and the School Liaison Office is the lynchpin between on and off base stakeholders. On base, we are most effective when we work as a team and leverage our diversity. Off base, we must identify key partners, establish trust, and develop common priorities. Only then, can we conduct effective analysis and draft initial plans. Finally, achieving ‘Quick Wins’ helps raise awareness, gain additional support, and strengthen relationships.
