The Civilian Leadership Development School provides civilian supervisory, managerial and leadership development to comply with the 5 U.S.C. 9902 and 5 CFR 412.201 as well as DoD, OPM Manager and Supervisory framework requirements.

SUPERVISOR COURSES

DAF NEW SUPERVISORS COURSE (MAFHRMS425), AGENCY TYPE COURSE CODE: CAE2

Target Population: Civilians (coded 1, 2, & 4 in DCDPS) and military who supervise DAF civilians. Supervisors must complete this course within 1 year of assuming supervisory status. 
Length: Self-Paced Within the Course Dates

DAF EXPERIENCED SUPERVISORS COURSE (MAFHRMS420), AGENCY TYPE COURSE CODE: CA7

Target Population: Civilians (coded 1, 2, & 4 in DCDPS) and military who supervise DAF civilians. Supervisors must complete this course within 1 year of assuming supervisory status.

MILITARY PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT COURSE (MAFHRMS416)

Target Population: The Military Personnel Management Course (MPMC) is designed for civilians who are first-level supervisors of Department of Air Force (DAF) military personnel.
Length: 16 hrs
