The Air University Deterrence Research Task Force, composed of Air War College and Air Command and Staff College students, developed a series of papers in response to a research question from Gen Robin Rand, Commander, US Air Force Global Strike Command, focused on the evaluation of bomber assurance and deterrence missions.
