Eaker Center for Leadership Development Faculty Senator 2024-2025 Master Sergeant Eric D. Spillman serves as the Superintendent of the DAF Master Resilience Trainer (MRT) Course. He leads a team of 12 military and civilian contractors to execute 24 classes certifying 500 tactical level peer-supporters annually. He executes HAF/A1Z & AFPC’s vision for leadership & psychological competency education in promotion of Comprehensive Airman Fitness. Master Sergeant Spillman entered the Air Force through Basic Military Training at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. From there, he attended the Weather Initial Skills Course at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi. He has been assigned to an Operational Weather Squadron and an Army Weather Support Squadron. Master Sergeant Spillman has deployed twice to Afghanistan in support of Operation FREEDOM’S SENTINEL.
