New Journal of the Americas Description in English

Welcome to the new US Air Force Journal of the Americas, an Air University triannual publication.

The US Air Force Journal of the Americas (JotA) in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, ISSN 2639-7994 (Print) and ISSN 2639-801X (Online), is a forum for the dissemination of original research articles and review articles in numerous areas, refereed by subject-matter experts, of an academic nature, whose mission seeks to stimulate professional dialogue on Air and Space Power among the members of the Armed Forces of the Americas, historians, professors and the general public. We present not only articles related to the technology, strategy and aerospace doctrine of the Air Force of the United States, but also varied topics of great historical, social or professional interest. We think that professional dialogue should include a wide range of ideas and our articles will reflect it.

The US Air Force Journal of the Americas is produced triannually at Maxwell Air Base, Montgomery, Alabama, with 2,000 copies distributed among all the Ibero-American Air Forces, libraries, and regional universities in more than 20 countries.
