  • 42nd MDG installs first high output automated robot

    The 42nd Medical Group installed its first high output, automated robot at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama in March 2025. The machine can fill, label, and cap the prescriptions as well as hold around 155 different types of medications.

    Cold weather, high winds, and freezing temperatures recently caused damage across Maxwell Air Force Base, impacting lodging, a dormitory and a training facility. The 42nd Civil Engineering Squadron are working quickly and efficiently to avoid minimal disruption to Airmen.
