BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. (AFNS) -- The 916th Air Refueling Wing evacuated KC-135Rs Sept. 11, 2018, from Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina to Barksdale AFB, Louisiana due to the threat of Hurricane Florence.
