Will Easley to perform at the Maxwell Event Center Nov. 10

Come to the Maxwell Event Center on Nov. 10 for a live blues performance by singer, songwriter Will Easley.

While serving in the United States Armed Forces, Easley was assigned to Special Services as he traveled from base to base entertaining the troops. His audiences have included foreign and domestic dignitaries, including former Pres. Gerald Ford.

Easley signed with Redd Foxx Production after leaving the military and continued on to be voted the number one "Male Vocalist" on Star Mania in Las Vegas, Nev. He has performed with James Brown, Ike and Tina Turner, and B.B. King.

He has been voted the number-one entertainer in the state of Alabama, according to Walter Leroy of the Capitol City News. Easley is currently signed to a record deal with his new record label, CDS records, Carlsbad, Calif.

Doors will open at 6 p.m. and the show begins at 7 p.m. There will be appetizers and drink specials. Advance ticket sales for $20 each began Tuesday and continue through Nov. 6. Advance tickets may be purchased at the Officers' Club and at the Falcon's Nest. Tickets at the door will be $25. This event is open to all ranks.
