Media registration open for Maxwell Air Show Published March 5, 2010 By 020310 MAXWELL AIR FORCE BASE, Ala. -- Media registration is now online for the Maxwell Open House and Air Show here March 27-28. Credentialed media interested in covering the "Thunder Over Alabama" air show event at Maxwell Air Force Base should register on the air show Web site at http://airshow.maxwell.af.mil/media.asp. For pre-registered media, a limited number of on-base, reserved parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pre-registered media will also receive a press kit upon arrival and the opportunity for special access to events and interviews. Parking passes will be mailed one week beforehand. Media must register by March 18 in order to participate in media events organized by Air University Public Affairs.
