Squadron Officer College opens new training facility Published April 29, 2009 By 042909 MAXWELL AIR FORCE BASE, Ala. -- Squadron Officer College's Air and Space Basic Course will begin teaching combat skills here, to more than 3,600 new officers annually. The school is scheduled to open a new training facility on base May 1 at 9 a.m. with a combative skills demonstration to follow. Media interested in covering the event should contact Master Sgt.
