Officials at myPers expect to repair issues affecting some common access cards (CACs) by June 30. Some Air Force users who’ve gotten new CACs since June 12 have been experienced issues with their security certificates.

Specifically, individuals who have security certificates 38 through 44 may experience issues accessing applications within AFPC Secure.
The following systems are being impacted:

-Airmen Development Plan (ADP)
-Air Force Fitness Management System II (AFFMS II)
-Assignment Management System (AMS)
-Automated Records Management System (ARMS)
-Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS)
-Personnel Records Display Application (PRDA)
-Retrieval Application Web (RAW)
-Virtual Military Personnel Flight (vMPF)

The temporary solution for the issue is to go to AFPC Secure at https://w45.afpc.randolph.af.mil/afpcsecurenet40/PKI/MainMenu1.aspx, and click the new button with “-CA” at the end of the application name.

Officials stress they are working hard to fix the glitch and expect repairs to be complete by June 30, but it could be later.

If you are still experiencing issues, contact your local Military Personnel Flight for further assistance.
