Kayshel Mulligan Third Air Force RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany -- Maj. Gen Paul Moga, Kaiserslautern Military Community Commander, and Kaiserslautern Lord Mayor Beate Kimmel opened the German American Student Art Exhibition to mark the 22nd Anniversary of the German American Community Office for which they serve as co-patrons. They were joined by Mr. John Constance, Manager of the Welcome to Rheinland-Pfalz Program, who coordinated the exhibition of artwork from nine American and German schools within the Kaiserslautern Military Community. City Mayor Manfred Schulz, the 86th Airlift Wing Deputy Commander and Command Chief, Col Jamil Musa and Chief Master Sgt. Louis Ludwig, and Command Sergeant Major Raymond Wrensch from the U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz also attended. Together, these local leaders engaged with principals, teachers, and students from Kaiserslautern, Ramstein and Landstuhl schools and other guests from across the KMC.
