(U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Kamiyah Burks) Details Download The 908th Flying Training Wing’s Civil Engineer Squadron began renovations on Havens’ Bridge on Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama, March 3, 2025. The renovation consisted of removing and replacing select floorboards and all railing, rewiring all electrical components, and installing new non-slip tread. The purpose of this renovation is to take preventative action. Due to the age of the wood, the bridge was at risk for failure, leading to someone possibly being injured. Renovation is expected to be complete May 2025.
