Former Air Force Surgeon General challenges the 711th Human Performance Wing to help change the Air Force
Lieutenant General (Retired) Paul Carlton, M.D., former Surgeon General of the United States Air Force, and Director of the Office of Innovation and Preparedness at the Texas A&M University System Health Science Center, challenged researchers and other personnel with the Air Force Research Laboratory, 711th Human Performance Wing to be forces for change in the Air Force. He recently visited Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio to discuss the issue with 711 HPW scientists, engineers and other participants at a recent seminar.
