The USAF School of Aerospace Medicine celebrated its transition to Wright-Patterson AFB, OH on Thursday Feb. 17th at Brooks City-Base in San Antonio, TX. The ceremony closed with the removal of one of the last remaining signs being removed from the schoolhouse building at Brooks City-Base and loaded onto a truck to be shipped to its new location at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. USAFSAM is relocating from Brooks City-Base in San Antonio, Texas, to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base as part of the nation’s 2005 base realignment and closure decisions.
