Lt. Col. Jeffrey H. Coggin, an instructor at the Eaker Center for Professional Development's Defense Financial Management and Comptroller School, 'retires' his deployment flag during a ceremony Oct. 27 here. Colonel Coggin recently returned from a deployment as the Multi-National Corps-Iraq deputy comptroller where he taught a modified version of the DFM&CS Defense Decision Support Course to Iraqi and American staff officers.
