Future Iraqi pilots learn to speak English
CAMP TAJI, Iraq -- Emad, an Iraqi instructor with the 821st Expeditionary Training Squadron, teaches English to Iraqi air force officers here Oct. 3, 2009. Learning English is one of the Iraqi air force's core values, and students must successfully complete the course before moving on to pilot training. U.S. Air Force instructors assigned to the 821st ETS facilitate the courses and serve as advisors to their Iraqi counterparts. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Johnny L. Saldivar)
