Ready to paint

In preparation for a new paint job, Jonnie Wilson of Man-Power Flight-line Services sands part of a rotor blade for the CH-53 helicopter that will soon become a static display at Maxwell. The aircraft was presented to Air University and Maxwell-Gunter by the Air Force Special Operations Command and will be placed in front of the Chaplain’s School at the corner of East Ash and Twining streets in Maxwell’s Air Park.
