Major Gen. Scott Rice, adjutant general for the state of Massachusetts, administers the oath of office to a class of graduating cadets at Air Force Officer Training School, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama, March 13, 2015. The class of 106 new officers is the first to graduate as a combined class, with students representing the regular Air Force, Reserve and Guard. Previously, Guard cadets commissioned through the Air National Guard's Academy of Military Science here. Now, all cadets from the total force will commission through OTS.
