Gorski, the Air Force Technical Applications Center commander, discuss the actions AFTAC has taken with regard to North Korea's purported nuclear test Sept. 9, 2016. James was visiting Patrick Air Force Base to witness the launch of an Atlas V rocket and was also briefed by Gorski and his nuclear treaty monitoring experts about how the center measures seismic activity and compliance with nuclear treaties.
