Attends Ceremony
Navy retired Chief Petty Officer Carl Clark, 100, attends the ceremony to rededicate a plaque in honor of his friend, Navy Mess Attendant Second Class Doris "Dorie" Miller, Honolulu, Hawaii, Dec. 8, 2016.
