Multinational paratroopers fill NC skies
An Army airborne specialist parachutes in the sky after a sustained jump during the 19th annual Randy Oler Memorial Operation Toy Drop at Luzon Drop Zone, Camp Mackall, N.C., Dec. 14, 2016. The OTD tradition was established in 1998 by the late U.S. Army Reserve Staff Sgt. Randy Oler, a Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command soldier with 1,200 soldiers participating, and has grown into a multinational exercise with 4,000 paratroopers.
