Fueling the fight: POL teams pump life into airpower, mission
Airman 1st Class Olivia Faucett, 407th Expeditionary Logistic Readiness Squadron petroleum, oil and lubricants flight fuel distribution technician, monitors the amount of gallons pumping to an Italian AMX May 15, 2017, in Southwest Asia. Fuel technicians maintain all POL substances, from diesel and gasoline to jet fuel and liquid oxygen. These materials play a vital role in delivering airpower to the fight against ISIS as part of Operation Inherent Resolve.
