Fueling the fight: POL teams pump life into airpower, mission

Senior Airman Adrian Alegria-Vasquez, 407th Expeditionary Logistic Readiness Squadron petroleum, oil and lubricants flight fuel distribution operator, documents the gallons of diesel delivered to a customer May 10, 2017, in Southwest Asia. Fuel technicians maintain all POL substances, from diesel and gasoline to jet fuel and liquid oxygen. These materials play a vital role in delivering airpower to the fight against ISIS.
