First Term Airmen Courses receive curriculum overhaul
U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Mitchell Gorham participates in the first (beta) Career Assistance Advisor training course for the newly redesigned First Term Airmen Course held in November 2016. The new course revamped FTAC from an in-processing focused program to a standard curriculum focused on developing Airmen. Gorham is the First Term Airmen Course team lead at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, which beta-tested the new FTAC curriculum. (U.S. Air Force photo by Melissa Peterson)
