Virginia Tech Gamma Phi Beta President earns title Marine

Elaine Lewis, president of the Gamma Phi Beta Sorority at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, was commissioned as a Marine Corps second lieutenant at the Virginia Tech War Memorial, May 13, 2017.
