Nowland breaks down fundamentals of service

Lt. Gen. Mark Nowland, Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C, speaks at Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training Class 18-04’s graduation Jan, 19, 2018, on Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi. Nowland gave every pilot statistics on the aircraft they would be learning how to fly, and he recognized the impact that each of them had together.
