Technical sergeant promotion cycle correction

Following the recent technical sergeant/18E6 promotion cycle release, it was discovered that 57 Airmen in the Refueling/Bomber Aircraft Maintenance 2A5X4A Air Force Specialty Code were improperly considered for promotion.
