Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai air force Chief Air Marshal Chaiyapruk Didyasarin, and U.S. Air Force Commander of Pacific Air Forces (PACAF), Gen. CQ Brown, Jr., receive a briefing at Headquarters PACAF, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Oct. 29, 2018. This trip was Chaiyaprukâs first official visit outside of Thailand since taking command. During the briefing, the two countries discussed their involvement in exercises such as Cobra Gold and Cope Tiger. The visit also focused on the strong relationship between the U.S. and Thailand, the F-16 midlife upgrade, and the importance of a free and open Indo-Pacific. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt.
