US, Philippine AF concludes bilateral air contingency exchange
A Philippine Air Force FA-50 takes off during the Bilateral Air Contingent Exchange-Philippines, or BACE-P, at Cesar Basa Air Base, the Philippines, Jan. 22, 2019. This is the seventh iteration of BACE-P established by U.S. Pacific Command and executed by Headquarters Pacific Air Forces. Airmen from the U.S. and Philippine air forces marked the successful completion of 12 days of bilateral training Feb. 1, and increased mutual cooperation throughout the operation.
