Tanker wreck on I-65

An overturned chemical tanker truck blocked the right two lanes of I-65 Northbound near Montgomery, Ala., June 9, 2020. One of the first motorists on the scene was first-year Office of Special Investigations Special Agent Jonathan Parker, OSI Detachment 405, Maxwell Air Force Base, who coupled his Air Force and OSI training as a Good Samaritan, to render life-saving aid to the injured truck driver and assist the first responders on the scene.
