Medical team partners with federal agencies to provide COVID-19 support to island nations
Oxygen concentrators, such as the one shown here, were provided to American Samoa in April 2022 as part of the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support’s ongoing support in helping control the spread and effects of COVID-19. More than $800,000 in testing and treatment equipment was provided to island hospitals in both the Solomon Islands and American Samoa.
