Air Force language supports strengthens global health alliance with African partners
Participants who attended the African Partner Outbreak Response Alliance (APORA) conference got an opportunity to visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial in Kigali, Rwanda, for an afternoon. During APORA, military and civilian leaders worked together to align best practices and improve response capabilities for potential outbreaks of contagious diseases. The training bolstered relationships with current partners and mobilized new partners to strengthen pandemic prevention programs. (U.S. Air Force photo by Master Sgt. Andy M. Kin)
