Installation access for DoD Civil Service Retirees is changing

In accordance with new DoD guidance, the issuing of new DoD Civil Service Retiree ID Cards will stop immediately. To continue utilizing base amenities, DoD Civil Service Retirees must provide their SF50 and state-issued identification or driver’s license to the Maxwell Visitor Center. Once access is verified, the member will receive a validated Defense Biometric Identification System, or DBIDS, ID card.
