Instructors from the Air Force Institute of Technology’s Civil Engineer School provided on-site course instruction
Instructors from the Air Force Institute of Technology’s Civil Engineer School provided on-site course instruction in Life Cycle Cost Estimating (WENG 400) to the 48th Civil Engineer Squadron at RAF Lakenheath, England where they discussed challenges stemming from regional cost differences, historical preservation, conversion from U.S. dollars to British pounds sterling, and trying to incorporate regional cost data into the Air Force Parametric Assembly Cost Estimating System. Pictured is an example of the unique construction methods and historical preservation challenges encountered in London, England. (U.S. Air Force photo by Brock Taylor)
