U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Justin Floyd, 42nd Healthcare Operations Squadron, is featured in the Crusader NCO Spotlight during the month of May at Maxwell Air Force Base, Ala. May 20, 2024. Floyd oversees a team of seven Airmen and directs daily operations for four functional areas supporting 46 platforms and medical assets for the 42nd ABW and four geographically separated units.
