42 ABW launches Operation Lethal Backbone to strengthen junior NCO leadership

Staff Sgt. Emily Holmes, 42nd Force Support Squadron, attended the first iteration of Operation Lethal Backbone at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama, March 20-22, 2024. Operation Lethal Backbone is designed to bridge the gap between initial promotion and the practical application of leadership skills.
