Conduct analysis on the effects of rising global temperatures, humidity, weather phenomena, etc. on mobility aircraft and the ability to project combat power in Great Power Competition.

Collect and analyze climate projection data/modeling that could be used to develop a decision-making tool or vulnerability assessment framework to assess mobility mission design series aircraft performance degradation and impacts to projecting combat capability in the PACAF AOR (e.g. aircraft readiness, operational planning, supply chain/cargo transport capability, strategic basing, etc.). Determine global warming effects on other measures such as takeoff/landing requirements for runway/air field lengths, fuel management, combat logistics planning scenarios, etc. Expand analysis and test data to other airframes as well (tilt-rotor, rotary, strike, etc.).
