Multimedia Support
Multimedia combines different content forms, such as text, audio, images, animations, and video, into a single interactive presentation. The TLC Media Lab is equipped to supply educators and students with still cameras, video cameras, tripods, camera gimbals, microphones, lighting, and more to capture both still and motion video.
The Media Lab has its own onsite recording/streaming studio. Our mini-studio is equipped with HD cameras, green-screen/virtual backgrounds, video switching software, lower-thirds elements, a teleprompter, top-of-the-line microphones, and a high-speed (wired) commercial Internet connection.
The Media Lab is also equipped with the full suite of Adobe Creative Cloud video and audio editing software on specially configured desktop and laptop computers, including Adobe Photoshop (still photos), Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing), Adobe Audition and Audacity (audio editing), and Adobe Captivate; our computers offer Camtasia, as well. Use the equipment in the Media Lab by making a reservation here.
